What we look for
- Age 21 or above with valid passport (or ability to obtain one).
- Prior care experience (family caregiver, hospital orderly, nurse assistant) — preferred, not required.
- Basic English (A2+) for cross-border placement. Higher levels open more rails.
- Willingness to complete RTO-accredited training (240+ hours) before placement.
- Medically fit for the role — confirmed during screening.
