What we look for

  • Age 21 or above with valid passport (or ability to obtain one).
  • Prior care experience (family caregiver, hospital orderly, nurse assistant) — preferred, not required.
  • Basic English (A2+) for cross-border placement. Higher levels open more rails.
  • Willingness to complete RTO-accredited training (240+ hours) before placement.
  • Medically fit for the role — confirmed during screening.
